Your health care professional's office will send the Rivfloza® Patient Enrollment Form (PEF) to NovoCare®

Welcome call

Your Patient Liaison will reach out and welcome you to the program. 

Insurance coverage and costs

Information will be provided to you about your insurance coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs.

Specialty pharmacy shipment

If your prescription is approved, a specialty pharmacy will contact you to schedule your shipment. You will also receive your Starter Kit from NovoCare®, if requested.
